Sherazaad Desai is an inspiring young educator dedicated to empowering students through learning. An alumna of the prestigious Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls, she cultivated a strong foundation of academic excellence, leadership, and social responsibility.
She pursued her tertiary education at Wits University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies and Anthropology. Her academic journey has shaped her critical thinking, cultural awareness, and ability to engage with diverse perspectives—skills that she applies to her work as an educator.
Since 2016, Sherazaad has been actively involved in tutoring, driven by her passion for education and mentorship. She believes in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment that helps students build confidence and reach their full potential. Her dedication goes beyond academics—she is committed to shaping young minds, nurturing their curiosity, and guiding them toward success.

Rumaisah Desai

Raeesa Mohamed
Montessori Directress (Ages 3–6)
Teacher Raeesa is a passionate and dedicated Montessori Directress with over six years of experience guiding children through their most important developmental years. Specializing in the education of children aged 3 to 6, she creates a nurturing environment where curiosity, independence, and a love for learning flourish.
Raeesa holds a 120-hour TEFL certificate, enhancing her ability to communicate effectively and support language development in young learners. She has also been tutoring learners in Grades 1 to 7 since 2018, bringing valuable experience in both classroom and individual learning settings.
Her teaching approach is rooted in authentic Montessori principles – respecting each child’s unique pace, encouraging hands-on exploration, and fostering confidence through self-directed learning.
